Disney Cruise Line 

Cancellation Policy:

Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)

  1. Days Prior to Vacation Commencement Date – Fee Amount
  2. 90 days or more – No Fee
  3. 89-45 days – Deposit per Guest
  4. 44-30 days – 50% of vacation price per Guest
  5. 29-15 days – 75% of vacation price per Guest
  6. 14 days or less – 100% of vacation price per Guest

Cruises of 6 Nights or More (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)

  1. Days Prior to Vacation Commencement Date – Fee Amount
  2. 120 days or more – No Fee
  3. 119-56 days – Deposit per Guest
  4. 55-30 days – 50% of vacation price per Guest
  5. 29-15 days – 75% of vacation price per Guest
  6. 14 days or less – 100% of vacation price per Guest

  2. 45 days or more – Deposit per Guest
  3. 44-30 days – 50% of vacation price per Guest

Cruises 6 Nights or More (Suite and Concierge Staterooms)

  1. Days Prior to Vacation Commencement Date – Fee Amount
  2. 56 days or more – Deposit per Guest
  3. 55-30 days – 50% of vacation price per Guest
  4. 29-15 days – 75% of vacation price per Guest
  5. 14 days or less – 100% of vacation price per Guest

In case of payment by credit card, cancellations will incur an additional fee of 3% of the amount already paid (minimum charge of 500 THB).

 

 

Royal Caribbean Cruises 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure will incur a fee of USD 100–USD 450 per person (except for Free Cancellation tickets).

  • Cancellations made 59–30 days prior to departure will incur a fee of 50% of the cruise fare.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable.

  • For payments made by credit card, an additional fee of 3% of the paid amount will be charged upon cancellation (minimum charge: THB 500).

  • Fees may vary depending on the itinerary and stateroom type. Guests can view the latest cancellation policy during the stateroom selection step on the website.

Change Policy:

  • Changing departure date or switching cruises: Fee of USD 150–USD 450 per person, plus any difference in stateroom fare.

  • Changing stateroom: No fee, but guests must pay the fare difference for the new stateroom.

  • Changing passenger name(s): No fee, provided at least one original passenger remains on the booking.

  • All change requests must be made at least 90 days prior to departure.

  • Fees may vary depending on the itinerary and stateroom type. Guests can view the latest policy during the stateroom selection step on the website.
