Thus, Habocruise is not and will not be responsible for any data or contents on those sites and cannot make any guarantees of the correctness or presentness of the data contains on such sites. GOVERNING LAW
Cruise Elements Company Limited is based and registered in Bangkok, Thailand with head office located in Bangkok, Thailand, and is governed, protected by and construed under and in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Thailand. As a result, this Term and your use of site, along with the information contained herein and on the site shall be governed and construed under and in accordance with the the law of the Kingdom of Thailand and the court of competent jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction in any cases of dispute.
